Common issues

My device won't pair

Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Wigwam account, and that your hut is running (wigwam status on the machine you're trying to connect to).

Notifications aren't arriving

Check that notifications are enabled for Wigwam in your device settings, and that your notification level is set to something other than "off" in the app.

I want to delete my account

Go to Delete account, sign in, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you'd rather not sign in, email support@wigwam.build from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details on what gets removed.

I forgot my encryption keys

Encryption keys are stored locally on each of your devices. If you've lost access to all your devices, you can still sign in to your account — but any previously encrypted data (like synced session layouts) will not be recoverable. Pair a new device to generate fresh keys.
